Job Description

The Associate Creative Director inspires teams to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work. Working closely with brand strategists, the Le Pub Culture & Data Lab, and business leaders, the ACD is an expert in identifying fresh opportunities and helping a team turn opportunity into creative magic.

Responsibilities
  • Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
  • Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
  • Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
  • Lead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
  • Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
  • Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals
  • Responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
  • Extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value
  • Develop creative ideas that meet both our clients' objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
