Job Description:

The Associate Creative Director inspires teams to consistently deliver exceptional concepts and final work. Working closely with brand strategists, the Le Pub Culture & Data Lab, and business leaders, the ACD is an expert in identifying fresh opportunities and helping a team turn opportunity into creative magic.

This role requires leading group brainstorming/concept development sessions, providing clear constructive direction on content and design solutions, and setting and managing client expectations regarding design process and deliverables.

  • Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
  • Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
  • Lead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation

This role involves ideating, crafting, and executing original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals. The ACD is responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment.

This role also involves extending client relationships and exploring new ways to deliver value, developing creative ideas that meet both our clients' objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism.

The successful candidate will have about 12 years of work experience and a track record of brave ideas that have made an impact, big or small, on the world we live in.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
  • Collaborating effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
  • Presenting, sharing, and reviewing creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team

Requirements include:

  • Understanding social media, online media jargon and technology
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers across levels and disciplines
  • Understanding and using the latest in computer design software
