Documentations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Documentations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and content to drive the adoption of our digital transformation platform.

  • Create comprehensive product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs that meet organisational needs and standards.
  • Digest and summarise complex technical concepts into different readable and understandable forms for different target audiences in a reusable way.
  • Support in building and driving content strategy across our platforms.
  • Lead pilots to evaluate content formats, types, and mediums to build content cadence recommendations for product managers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or other related disciplines. Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, are essential. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (in IT industry) is required.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or other related disciplines.

  • Min 4 years of relevant experience (in IT industry).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or Software Development will be highly preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with Kubernetes and monitoring tools.
  • Able to walk through different workflows to verify and streamline processes.
  • Graphics or design, video creation experience will be valuable.
