Instructional Design Specialist

A dynamic and engaging Instructional Designer is required to develop high-quality eLearning content that meets the needs of diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a passion for creating interactive and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative eLearning solutions, including courseware and training materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Develop and edit storyboards to bring interactive content to life.
  • Conduct usability testing and evaluations to ensure optimal learner experience.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project scope and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and/or training.
  • Degree in any discipline, with preference given to instructional design, education, psychology, or related qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design sense and ability to translate complex information into visuals.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate.
