Job Description

  • Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of learning needs and instructional materials
  • Create effective learning activities and assessments that drive engagement and understanding
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality course content
  • Work closely with the digital media team to produce supporting multimedia elements, such as audio, video, and animation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
  • Sound knowledge and expertise in instructional design or curriculum development principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize deadlines
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
