Business Operations Transformation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data and produce business & functional requirement documentation.
  • Produce presentation packs, perform testing for SIT/UAT, prepare communications and training deliverables for operational readiness activities.
  • Manage and track a set of assigned projects, plans, deliverables to required standards and signed off.
  • Proactively manage the communication of status, issue, resolution and risks to stakeholders on a timely basis.

Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. Implement best practices and global consistency, simplifying & standardizing processes, controls and flows.

Support stakeholders across a program lifecycle such as testing and operational readiness planning. Facilitate and deliver change to reduce the risk profile.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering transformation programs in a fast-paced, large financial services firm.
  • Strong Program Management skills, able to track and maintain milestones independently.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, data management and problem-solving skills, ability to clearly document findings and proposals for solutions using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple levels.
  • Exercise independence of judgement/autonomy and operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Desirable: Master's degree, experience with stakeholder engagement and leading working groups with senior stakeholders.
