Job Title: Chip Architect

About the Role

This position entails leading the design and implementation of mixed-signal subsystems, from conceptualization to final delivery. You will be responsible for performing micro-architectural studies to determine optimal hardware implementations of IP digital blocks that meet product requirements.

You will ensure all required documentation is prepared according to quality standards and lead RTL logic design of modules using Verilog HDL. This includes designing power and clock management units, IP subsystems, high-speed designs, digital interfaces to analog functions, accelerators, filters, and more.

You will also prepare and hold design and verification reviews with technical staff throughout the project lifecycle and perform logic synthesis, timing, and power analysis to optimize designs.

Pre-silicon verification utilizing various methodologies such as constrained random verification with block/subsystem/chip level UVM test benches, spice co-simulation of mixed signal blocks, and FPGA emulation is also a key responsibility.

Requirements
  • Engineering degree in relevant field
  • Related experience in RTL design, VLSI Design, RTL programming, Synthesis, power analysis

Achieving success in this role requires proficiency in Hardware, Analog, Synthesis Design, Mixed Signal, EDA, UVM, RTL Design, IP, FPGA, Verilog, and VLSI skills.
