About this role

  • We are seeking an established Associate level lawyer with a solid litigation background to join our global team navigating risk and maximising opportunity in the aviation sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in Singapore or London, acting for and advising clients on complex insurance, regulatory, or aviation liability matters.
  • Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred, as well as strong general litigation skills, drafting abilities, and attention to detail.
  • We value expertise working with reputable international law firms and a genuine desire to build on and expand your skillset within a global law firm context.

Job Description

We work with airlines on issues arising from major accidents, leveraging expertise in regulatory and dispute resolution matters. This involves:

  • Drafting and reviewing policy wording, providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients;
  • Collaborating with other teams to manage client relationships;
  • Assisting in managing and building client relationships, including business development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An established track record of handling complex insurance, regulatory, or aviation liability matters;
  • Strong general litigation skills, including drafting and advocacy;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in Singapore or London;
  • Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred;
  • Experience working with reputable international law firms.
