Senior Contract Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in contract management, vendor relationships, and global mobility operations? Do you have a passion for streamlining processes and improving compliance?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Governance:
    • Manage contracts from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Negotiate and execute contracts with stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Transformation Project Support:
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to onboard new group companies on the APro platform, ensuring seamless integration and data privacy compliance.
    • Administer IGTA agreements, managing documentation, training guides, and system rollout communications.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Liaise with vendors to ensure performance, service levels, and contractual deliverables, fostering collaborative relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Build relationships across Global Mobility, Legal, Finance, and HR, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
  • Reporting & Improvement:
    • Develop and maintain reports on contract status, compliance, and cost forecasts, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
    • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and risk mitigation, implementing process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or commercial contracts.
  • Proven experience in complex service agreements and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of global mobility processes and international compliance.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into structured documentation.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives in matrixed environments.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work after-hours if needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Advanced skills in Workday, Assignment Pro, Middleware, MS Office, SAP advantageous.
  • Proficient in Basic Japanese highly advantageous.
