Chief Support Officer
Job Description
As a key member of the executive team, the Chief Support Officer plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. This involves managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging travel plans, responding to phone calls and emails, taking messages, drafting correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage the schedules of senior executives, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expenses claims.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
- Ensure that senior executives are prepared for meetings by organizing materials and information.
- Liaise with stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to ensure project progress and task completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Diploma in any related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience in an admin/PA role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to change under pressure.
