A Temporary Administrative Assistant is required to support our finance and administrative operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have experience in both accounting and administrative support, including a full spectrum of accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger entries. They will also be responsible for reviewing and verifying all retail collection payments, preparing and processing payments to suppliers, and liaising with vendors regarding invoices or discrepancies. The role will involve assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial documents and reports.
- Providing administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
