We are a public-listed general insurance company and have immediate vacancies for **TEMPORARY CLERKS (Hourly rated : $10 to $12 per hour)
**_Job Requirements: _**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in handling data-entry, filing and general admin duties.
- Responsible and able to complete assigned tasks accurately and quickly.

**_Job Scope: _**

**_(1) Administrative Support _**

(a) Prepare and type all policy documents including endorsements, cover notes and certificates of insurance.

(b) Process renewal documentation for all classes of insurance.

(c) Despatch processed documents in a timely manner.

(d) Process and assist in the risk accumulation (blocking) of certain classes e.g.

Fire, Marine, Bond and MAR in accordance with the Company's tables of limits

(e) Maintain the Department's filing system and perform regular archival of obsolete documents for off-site storage.

(f) Typing and filing of correspondences, reports, forms and all other documents.

**_(2) Other Functions _**

(a)Undertake any other tasks and assignments as allocated by the Company so as to contribute to the overall corporate objectives

**_Working Hours _**:

- 5-days week
- Mondays - Thursdays : 8.45 am to 5.45 pm
- Fridays : 8.45 am to 4.45 pm
