At TRAIN KIDS EARLY INTERVENTION AND EDUCARE CENTRE LLP, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Interventionist to join our team. As an Early Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing support and specialized care to students with various disabilities, including physical, cognitive, emotional, or developmental impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Individualized Instruction: Develop and implement customized lesson plans and teaching strategies to address the unique needs and abilities of each student, including helping students to complete homework, learn spelling, and other essential skills.
  2. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Maintain detailed records of student development.
  3. Behavior Management: Manage and address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support techniques, therapeutic interventions, and individualized behavior plans.
  4. Personal Care: Assist students with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility support, as needed.
  5. Communication: Facilitate effective communication and social interaction among students, encouraging peer engagement and language development.
  6. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other special education professionals, therapists, parents, and school staff to create a supportive network for students.
  7. Safety and Health: Ensure the safety and well-being of students, monitoring their health and administering medication when necessary.
  8. Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in special education and attend training to improve teaching skills and knowledge of specific disabilities.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Diploma
  2. Certification: Certification in special education or a relevant teaching certification is required.
  3. Experience: Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable. This can include student teaching, internships, or work in related fields.
