  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning programmes for young children with disabilities
  • Collaborate with allied professionals, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective student development and organisational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement reflective practice and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning


You


  • Possess a degree in Early Intervention or a relevant field with an advanced diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) or equivalent
  • Have at least 6 years of experience as a classroom teacher, with at least 3 years working in early intervention settings with proven leadership skills
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and supporting students and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
