Job Description

The Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance team requires an experienced professional to lead the first line of defence GRC function, delivering comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance oversight across technology and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust GRC framework to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practice.
  • Direct the development, monitoring, and reporting of security and risk indicators, policy deviations, incident trends, and third-party security posture.
  • Oversee annual risk and control self-assessments in alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal frameworks.
  • Manage end-to-end responses to regulatory reviews, inspections, and audits.
  • Design and deliver organisation-wide cybersecurity awareness programmes for diverse audiences including staff, IT teams, management, and external partners.
  • Provide governance leadership over specialised domains such as identity and access management, cloud security, and application security.
  • Champion continuous improvement of security governance practices, policy compliance, and risk culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of >10 GRC professionals across Singapore and other regional markets.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in GRC leadership, with expertise in risk management, compliance, and audit.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
