Cybersecurity Expert, GovernanceRole Overview

The incumbent will be part of the Governance and Compliance team to conduct compliance checks to ensure security controls are in place to meet regulatory requirements. As a Cybersecurity Expert, Governance, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential risks that impact the organization and recommending action plans to reduce these risks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and infrastructure.
  2. Develop policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure the safety of assets in adherence to business needs, industrial best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide security advisory and consultancy services to cybersecurity projects.
  4. Undertake projects and activities that address cyber risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a cyber security operations or GRC roles.
  2. CISSP/CISM/CISA/CEH/CGEIT/CRISC/AWS or equivalent certification.
  3. Strong IT background with expert-level knowledge of multiple security practices (email security solutions, vulnerability management, network security).
  4. Knowledge of CSA Code of Practice, ISO27001, IEC62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  5. Experience in threat detection, penetration testing, and red teaming.
