Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process Operations
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing process operations, specifically in precious metal and base metal industries. The role involves the operation of milling, sieving, and blending of high-grade materials, as well as assisting in melting operations and supporting other operational activities when needed.
- Preventive Maintenance
Our company emphasizes the importance of preventive maintenance in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment. As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance tasks and adhering to schedules (weekly/monthly) to prevent downtime and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Quality Control
Attention to detail is crucial in this role. You will be responsible for precise weighing before and after processing and proper labeling of recovered products in containers/drums/tankers following customer requirements.
- Requirements:
- Education and Qualifications
A minimum of an ITE or Diploma holder in Engineering or Chemistry is preferred. Relevant working experience in the precious metal/base metal industry is an added advantage.
