Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team at PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand development and marketing strategy, with experience in developing marketing plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships, and event management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis, and optimization. They will also collaborate with internal business partners like Operations, F&B, and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise.

This role requires a meticulous individual with an eye for detail, who is willing to roll up sleeves and work on the ground to ensure the success of all project deliveries. The ideal candidate will also have high creativity with experience in creating content and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing strategies and plans
* Develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business
* Take charge of the tactical execution of the brands' marketing communication initiatives
* Collaborate with internal business partners
* Monitor and improve ROI
* Prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years' relevant brand management and marketing experience, preferably in the F&B/FMCG industry
* Meticulous with an eye for detail
* Willing to roll up sleeves and work on the ground
* Highly creative with experience in creating content and digital campaigns
