Business Development and Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at WhiteCoat Holdings PTE. LTD. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in account management and client relations.
About the Role
This role will focus on assisting the account management team in key engagement activities, supporting onsite engagements, and working with stakeholders relating to all corporate account management matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing quarterly programs targeted at growing WhiteCoat's corporate user base pipeline. Additionally, they will collaborate with various teams across the organization, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to develop a well-rounded understanding of different business functions and their interdependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the account management team in key engagement activities, including real-time online and offline presentations, and employee interaction activities.
- Support onsite engagements to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Work with stakeholders relating to all corporate account management matters, providing exceptional support and service.
- Execute quarterly programs targeted at growing WhiteCoat's corporate user base pipeline, driving business growth and expansion.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess curiosity and interest in healthtech, be self-motivated and independent problem solvers who are proactive with a strong sense of ownership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is also required. Only candidates who can commit to the full period will be considered.
Estimated Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
