Meat Cutter and Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Cutter and Packaging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meat Cutting & Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat accurately and efficiently.
  • Packing & Labelling: Package orders using vacuum-sealing equipment and label products correctly for distribution.
  • Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes to monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other tasks as required by the production or sales team, including special orders or event preparation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a butcher or in a meat processing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts and handling practices is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards are mandatory.
  • Team player with flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks is required.
