
Field Service Operations Manager

Lead a high-performing team of field service technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Capacity planning, job scheduling, fault calls, and SLA compliance
- Technical & Customer Support - resolve technical issues, handle complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Team Development - ensure proper training for technicians, create operational guides and documentation
- Process & Performance Management - design and evaluate support processes, manage staff performance, development, and recognition
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination - liaise with vendors and internal departments, manage procurement tasks
- System Support & Reporting - support internal systems, conduct UAT/testing, maintain continuity plans, and deliver reports/attend meetings
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
- Excellent technical and customer service skills
- Experience in capacity planning, job scheduling, and SLA compliance
- Knowledge of technical and customer support principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
