Job Title: Field Service Operations Manager

Lead a high-performing team of field service technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Capacity planning, job scheduling, fault calls, and SLA compliance
  • Technical & Customer Support - resolve technical issues, handle complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Team Development - ensure proper training for technicians, create operational guides and documentation
  • Process & Performance Management - design and evaluate support processes, manage staff performance, development, and recognition
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination - liaise with vendors and internal departments, manage procurement tasks
  • System Support & Reporting - support internal systems, conduct UAT/testing, maintain continuity plans, and deliver reports/attend meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent technical and customer service skills
  • Experience in capacity planning, job scheduling, and SLA compliance
  • Knowledge of technical and customer support principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
