Job Role:

As a Surveying Professional, you will be responsible for delivering precise and accurate survey setting out services on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily project meetings to understand requirements and plan tasks effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication with project staff and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Verify the accuracy of all survey settings and hand over work to other parties to minimize errors.
  • Implement a structured approach to setting out works according to floor framing plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have strong problem-solving abilities. You should also be familiar with surveying instruments and methods, and have experience in working with licensed professionals.


Working Relationships:
  • Liaise with licensed professionals to ensure proper surveys are carried out.
  • Contribute to environmental health and safety programs to maintain a safe and clean site environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards by attending new courses and proposing latest equipment/methods.
