The Head of Major Accounts Division plays a pivotal role in driving the company's business direction, strategy, and profitable growth.

Key Objectives
  • Oversee the Major Accounts Division (MAD) to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth across all product lines through MAD.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Financials
  • Establish and execute financial plans for MAD to meet overall company financial objectives.
  • Own the country MAD Profit & Loss statement, driving profitable growth and accurate forecasting.
  • Foster timely and accurate reporting as required.
Leadership
  • Set annual objectives/KPIs for underwriters within MAD and lead their development and engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of underwriters, collaborating with Product Line Managers and other Division Heads to deliver profitable growth and maintain service standards.
Market Identification & Appetite Mapping
  • Map market opportunities and major accounts against Chubb targets and appetites across all product lines.
  • Develop and execute corresponding business plans to capitalize on identified opportunities.
Pipeline Generation & Management
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive MAD pipeline, fostering cross-selling within the division and across other divisions.
  • Lead regular MAD production meetings to coordinate sales strategies for target accounts across all lines of business.
Distribution Management
  • IDentify and develop relationships with key brokers/agents, creating strategic plans to promote growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Managers and other Division Heads to promote a multi-line prospecting culture.
Market Visibility and Messaging
  • Promote MAD's products, services, and value proposition to clients and brokers.
  • Collaborate with the Claims team to develop claims data and reports, delivering excellent claims service.
Market and Competitor Intelligence
  • Understand the marketplace and competitive landscape, ensuring strategies are aligned with opportunities.
Data Management
  • Ensure the accuracy of MAD-related data and information.
