Precision Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a Quality Engineer in our manufacturing unit, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest quality standards in precision engineering.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will oversee daily quality control activities, supporting the Quality Manager in supervising inspectors and enforcing inspection procedures.
- Conduct First Article and New Product Inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage quality documentation and customer submissions, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate internal and external audits (AS 9100 QMS), identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs, reviews, and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with the team, providing support and expertise as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or QC in a precision machining environment.
- Trained internal auditor (AS9100 preferred).
- Experience working with ERP/QMS systems for quality documentation.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards, QMS documentation, and First Article requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of CMM measurement principles and quality reporting formats.
- Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer-facing situations.
