Job Overview:

The role of BIM Manager involves overseeing the planning and execution of Building Information Modeling processes across multiple projects. This includes leading strategy, planning, and coordination for interior fit-out and construction projects. The position requires a strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows as well as proficiency in various software applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies and plans.
  • Manage and coordinate BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM protocols.
  • Oversee model coordination, clash detection, and resolution between architectural, structural, MEP, and ID models.
  • Lead the development and management of BIM content, templates, families, and libraries.
  • Support 4D to 7D BIM integration and collaborate with design and construction teams.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff and junior users.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in BIM.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
