Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to troubleshoot application issues, resolve user queries, and ensure smooth system operations.

Location: Singapore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log, track, and resolve user support requests end-to-end.
  • Build & maintain a knowledge base (FAQs, case studies, procedures).
  • Handle user calls/emails, resolve issues, and support audit queries.
  • Disseminate system updates & downtime notifications.
  • Prepare query analysis reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Support and improve SAP HCM ERP helpdesk operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related.
  • 2+ years' IT support/application support experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM ERP (preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
