About Us
We are a national movement aiming to raise Singapore football levels, nurture young talents, and rally the nation behind a shared dream.
This is a long-term effort covering grassroots development, elite youth pathways, infrastructure, and community engagement.
The UTR Scholarship Programme transforms student-athletes' development journeys by exposing them to optimal training environments locally and overseas, while ensuring their academic development. We also support local coaches through international club attachments.
This role reports to the Lead, Community Programs, and requires collaboration with other teams/initiatives during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate programme operations and ensure delivery of football academy programmes.
- Create seasonal football programmes on ActiveSG+.
- Compile participant demographics and attendance for KPIs of the football academy.
- Manage inventory, including accountability for annual audits, equipment purchases, and maintenance coordination.
- Support coach management, including recruitment, payroll, and course facilitation.
- Maintain social media presence, respond to public queries, build digital assets, and engage followers.
- Create and maintain a library of quality images for social media posts.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in sports development or physical education is an advantage.
- Experience in programme development/management, preferably in sports or football.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- A team player with a genuine passion for football.
- Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and sound judgement.
