About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our team as a Procurement and Logistics Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics aspects of our diesel generator business.

Your key responsibilities will include managing orders from internal departments, factories, suppliers, and contractors until contract fulfillment. You will also be responsible for creating shared folder order files, executing orders in line with contractual agreements, and liaising with finance for issuance of downpayments and bank guarantees.

You will work closely with the sales team to chase secured payments and assist in case of delays from customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth order execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University studies in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in order execution of engineered solution business
  • Experience in the diesel engine/generator industry or backup power in data centers is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-stress situations and be accountable for scheduling topics
  • Proficient in the English language
