Industrial Automation Lead

Our team is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Lead to join our organization.

This position involves overseeing the design, development, testing, and implementation of control systems for industrial automation processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols.

  • Focusing on control system programming, SCADA integration, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and debugging PLC-related control logic for operations using platforms like Beckhoff TwinCAT, Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal/Step 7, and Yokogawa.
  • Handling the implementation and maintenance of industrial comms protocols.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with at least 10-12 years of experience in similar roles. Additionally, proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram (FBD) is required. Familiarity with SCADA systems and knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or Development Related Field
  • At Least 10-12 Years Working Experience in Similar Roles
  • Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram (FBD)
  • Familiarity with SCADA Systems
  • Knowledge of Industrial Networking and Communication Protocols
