Electronic Devices Service Technician Role

This challenging role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices across Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal device functionality through preventive maintenance and performance checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of electronic devices including medical equipment, printers, scanners, and other precision instruments.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in medical, imaging, and office equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks to ensure optimal device functionality.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and clients.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support for electronic devices.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, sensors, and embedded software.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools, schematics, and service manuals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to servicing medical devices, multi-function printers, barcode scanners, or lab instruments, as well as experience with calibration protocols and ISO standards.
