Job Title:

Sr. Design Director - Landscape Architecture


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Director to lead our landscape architecture studio in Singapore. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and sustainable design solutions for various projects worldwide.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary studio, comprising landscape architects, urban designers, and urban hydrologists, to deliver high-quality projects that inspire and innovate.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the landscape architectural studio and project teams
  • Develop strategic direction for marketing and business development
  • Cultivate client relationships and develop key accounts
  • Oversee quality management and resource allocation
  • Develop people within the company
  • Provide strategic planning and direction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Degree in Architecture/Landscape Architecture/Urban and/or Environment Design or Planning

Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural/landscape architectural/urban design or planning practice

Strong leadership and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple teams

Outstanding portfolio of work

Knowledge of global projects and construction practices
