Technical Expertise for Large Distributed Systems

Job Description:

As a seasoned Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large distributed systems with microservices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define best practices and standards for microservice implementation.

You will identify and define implementation patterns, lead activities to build accelerators and tools to increase the quality of deliverables, and continuously evaluate industry technologies to shape design of services in consideration of cost, portability, compatibility, or usability factors.

  • Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot framework.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and SOAP services using Java Microservices (Springboot) and exposure to event-driven design patterns.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design and code scalable microservices and deployment pipelines to deploy Java microservices in Kubernetes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of technical experience within architecture development, integration of backend systems and development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, with Spring boot framework knowledge and experience.
  • Deep knowledge on Micro services, REST Services and Soap Services Development.
  • Experience in core java fundamentals, Java 8+, Spring, Springboot, testing framework Junit, Cucumber.
  • Strong hands-on with design patterns, clean code.
