Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microservice Software Engineer to build scalable backend systems in an Agile environment using Java, Spring Boot, and REST API.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE application design, development, implementation, and maintenance;
  • Expertise in Backend Development with Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, JPA, REST, JSON;
  • Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Maven, SonarQube;
  • Proficient programming skills in Java, JavaScript, JSF, Restful Web Services;
  • Experience in designing and implementing microservices using Java, Spring Boot;
  • Proficient in code versioning tools, such as GIT;
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment (CICD) processes for efficient web deployment;
  • Experience with message queues like Kafka, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ;
  • Experience with relational databases like Oracle and MS SQL;
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software solutions by studying requirements, collaborating with users, and analyzing system flow, data usage, and work processes;
  • Engage in software design, programming, and testing for new applications, following the software development lifecycle;
  • Adhere to coding standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration testing;
  • Design and develop APIs in a micro-service based architecture;
  • Conduct software integration testing and assist with system-level testing to ensure robust application performance;
  • Provide software enhancement, improvement, and troubleshooting for existing systems;
  • Collaborate with other team engineers to integrate software components, system infrastructure, and third-party components;
  • Ensure delivery of results meeting requirement specifications with a focus on high-quality and customer satisfaction.
