Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Leader to oversee our technology function and drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation.

  • Shape and lead the IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee enterprise systems and applications, ensuring integration, data integrity, and value delivery across entities.
  • Establish IT governance and cybersecurity frameworks covering operations, access control, incident response, vendor management, and policy compliance.
  • Lead data architecture and analytics enablement, including secure, structured data flows, data collection, storage, and the design of scalable data systems.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective procurement and optimal allocation to meet business needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, recommend solutions, and implement system enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15 years of relevant experience in Information Technology with at least 8 years in a senior IT leadership position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or COBIT are a plus.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong background in IT governance, cybersecurity, and data architecture.
  • Experience in managing IT budgets and vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and regions.
  • This role requires a strong communicator due to the need to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
