JOB DESCRIPTION

NeoXam is seeking a skilled and driven Consultant (Mid & Senior Level) to join our team. This position will be based in our Singapore office and will involve close collaboration with account management, service teams, and product development teams. The successful candidate will become part of a team of seasoned consultants, contributing to the deployment and support of our solutions, as well as the configuration of new modules and features utilizing:
NeoXam DataHub: an advanced, efficient, and customizable solution for centralized data management, serving as a central repository and user-friendly data management tool for financial institutions. NeoXam IBOR: a uniquely independent and adaptable Investment Book of Record, designed to provide Asset Managers with a single, comprehensive, and reliable source of continuously updated positions, valuations, and forecasts, enhancing quality under various perspectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage in the implementation of NeoXam DataHub and/or NeoXam IBOR at leading financial organizations worldwide. Customize and implement the software by defining and optimizing workflows using NeoXam's cutting-edge technology platform. Provide troubleshooting support, identifying and resolving installation and implementation issues to ensure client satisfaction within established timelines. Offer best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, knowledge of NeoXam software, and industry experience. Ensure effective coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs, interfacing with relevant NeoXam departments and colleagues as necessary. Communicate NeoXam's offerings to clients and identify new opportunities to enhance client sales/services and better meet their needs. Participate in client support initiatives. Assist with presales activities as required. Provide project reports to NeoXam management and clients upon request. Stay updated on NeoXam DataHub and/or NeoXam IBOR functional and technical features and enhancements. Identify and resolve any installation and implementation challenges to ensure client satisfaction within established timelines.

ADDED RESPONSIBILITIES for Senior Implementation role:

Oversee the overall design and configuration activities, ensuring adherence to configuration, scripting, and design guidelines. Analyze client needs, guide and coach their teams, and manage product implementation, ensuring client requests are met while coordinating the project. Provide project management leadership under the direction of the Account Manager or Project Director. Develop and conduct product training workshops for clients. Offer presales consultancy by assisting sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, and implementation expertise.

PROFILE

Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent. (For Mid-Level) At least 4-5 years of experience in Financial software implementation and IT Projects within the banking/financial sector. (For Senior Level) At least 8-10 years of experience in Financial software implementation and IT Projects within the banking/financial sector. Prior experience with NeoXam DataHub is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in a development language (Java, C, C++) is necessary for writing rules in scripting languages. Familiarity with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL. Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes. Previous experience with financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, etc. Knowledge of financial instruments including Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives. Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle. Independent, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on quality service. Team-oriented and collaborative. Fluent in English.
