About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Specialist to join our mental health team at Clarity Singapore Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, triaging clients based on urgency and needs, and ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients presenting with mental health concerns.
  • Triage clients based on severity and urgency of their conditions, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care.
  • Provide brief intervention to clients.
  • Co-manage, supervise and support triage team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
  • Collates data for outcome tracking, trending and reporting.
Requirements
  • Degree in Psychology with postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health triage, crisis intervention, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, assessment techniques, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annumBenefits
