Social Media Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Social Strategist to support the development and implementation of social media strategies that align with brand goals, campaign objectives, and audience growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the creation and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Analyze client briefs to understand business and social objectives, translating them into clear, actionable strategies while ensuring content aligns with client branding and platform best practices.
- Leverage insights across brand, audience, and culture to develop impactful strategies that support campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic foundations that enable standout creative ideas for campaigns.
- Monitor content performance, platform developments, and social trends to refine strategies and share relevant updates with internal teams.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing strategy and data analytics.
- Fluent in English, with business-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Strong spelling and grammar skills are essential.
- Proficient in GSuite tools, with a solid understanding of data analysis and presentation fundamentals.
- Experience in running a creative campaign, from strategy development to creative execution.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present strategy-led campaign ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Tableau
- Proficiency in Japanese to support projects involving Japanese-language content or clients
