Job Title: Product Assurance Specialist

Role Overview

The Product Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of products meets company and customer requirements. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that guarantee product excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
  • Perform audits and assessments to evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with suppliers and engineering teams to ensure that all materials and equipment meet quality standards.
  • Participate in investigations and root cause analyses to determine the causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation related to quality procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a semi-conductor manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
