Job Title: Product Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

  • Perform thorough product inspections and testing to guarantee conformity with industry standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on product performance, test results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and recommend or implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product concerns and enhance overall performance.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive corrective actions and improvements.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and share feedback to support product and process enhancements.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
  • Solid understanding of quality control processes, product testing, and defect analysis.
  • Proficient in technical report writing and effective communication.
  • Experience in supplier management and resolving product-related issues.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO)
