Job Summary

The Senior IT Project Leader is responsible for managing and implementing large-scale IT/ Engineering projects, ensuring quality, scope, and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will have over 10 years of IT/ Engineering project management experience, with a proven track record in managing projects in Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document requirements by liaising with users and managers
  • Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, project milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage the implementation of the project on a daily basis, regarding schedules, budget, manpower, and quality
  • Escalate and discuss project overrun issues, scope creep, integration issues, resource requirements with the Project Director
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of IT/ Engineering project management experience
  • Experience in managing projects in Agile methodology
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, creative, and excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
