About the IT Governance Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated IT Governance and Reporting Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Architecture and Engineering division.

The primary focus of this position is on governance, reporting, and process management. As an ideal candidate, you will work closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and provide accurate reporting, dashboards, and documentation to support informed decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel/PowerPoint reports for effective governance tracking.
  • Utilize JIRA, PPM tools, and Qlik dashboards to track project initiatives and monitor progress.
  • Update and manage SharePoint content, SOPs, and governance documentation to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Provide support for vendor and invoice tracking, onboarding, and offboarding processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to compliance and audit activities through accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items with stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to maintain reference materials and standards, ensuring consistency across the organization.
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros) and PowerPoint reporting skills to deliver high-quality results.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, PPM tools, and SharePoint to drive efficient project management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up discipline to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Good-to-Have)
  • Proficiency in SharePoint page design and workflow creation to enhance user experience.
  • Audit, risk, or compliance experience to bring valuable expertise to the role.
  • Exposure to AS400/Mainframe systems to expand technical capabilities.
