Job Title: Site Project Manager (Renovation)

This position is a critical role in overseeing renovation and construction projects from start to finish.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee renovation and construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Work with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Meet clients, agents, and business partners to explore new opportunities.
  • Attend site meetings, client briefings, and take site measurements.
  • Prepare tender documents and secure necessary permits and licenses.
  • Handle all project-related paperwork, including permit applications.
  • Plan project timelines, objectives, and work methods for smooth execution.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Finding ways to improve efficiency and cut unnecessary costs.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams on-site.
  • Coordinate tasks between subcontractors and in-house workers.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Architects/Building
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in renovation and construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good technical knowledge in handling renovation and construction projects from end to end.
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing environment.
  • Good communication skills and able to work as a team with colleagues, clients, and sub-contractors
