We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Officer to join our team at People Profilers Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence checks, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough due diligence checks on loan applications, including searches on borrowers, guarantors, directors, and shareholders.
- Update and maintain departmental databases, such as loan records, housing data, pricing changes, and sales targets.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for internal and management review, including performance summaries, compliance reports, and budget comparisons.
- Track and record loan approvals and acceptances.
- Develop and create annual and ad-hoc reports for external parties, such as surveys and auditor reports.
- Manage departmental resources, including databases, equipment, supplies, and petty cash.
- Assist the department with various tasks and projects.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Possess at least GCE 'O' Level equivalent.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Be a good team player and able to work independently.
- Have good time management skills and be able to meet deadlines.
