About The Role
Our Sales and Leasing Group manages a diverse portfolio of quality real estate for sale and lease, catering to different business and individual needs. Our portfolio includes residential, office, industrial, and medical units across the island, with over 1,000 units for sale and 6.5 million square feet of lettable space. As Singapore's largest private property developer and residential landlord, we offer a wide range of housing options to suit buyers, investors, expatriates, and locals seeking long-term stays.
This role involves selling and marketing Far East properties, contributing to individual, department, and organization sales targets. You will build strong relationships with customers and agents, discovering new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Generating client leads through networking, site visits, and project viewings
- Building positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with property agents and customers
- Staying updated on real estate markets and best practices through industry journals, literature, events, seminars, and associations
- Keeping management informed through regular activity and results reports
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new project launches
- Complying with statutory and company regulations in sales administration
About You
Compulsory Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate, or an equivalent field
- At least 2 years of sales experience involving cold calling and lead hunting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for sales
- Resourceful, self-driven, and articulate
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work on weekends and statutory holidays due to the nature of the industry and job requirements
Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
