We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Building and Infrastructure Programme Centre. The successful candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams to shape and enhance the capabilities of our defence facilities, supporting MINDEF/SAF's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects from planning to tendering and evaluation.
- Conduct feasibility and front-end studies, and develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Prepare and evaluate invitations to quote and tender submissions to ensure objectivity in the selection process.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure proposed designs meet project requirements.
- Monitor and track defects rectification during the Defects Liability Period.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management of construction projects.
- Good understanding of benchmarks, guidelines, statutory requirements, and Singapore Standards/Code of Practice in relation to construction management.
- Mid-Senior level position.
- Full-time employment.
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
