- Minimum 5 years project management experience;
- Experience in successfully managing a team of more than 20 people and complex projects;
- Strong financial understanding and ability to meet deadlines and budgets;
- significant experience with project management methodologies;
- proven experience in delivering systems to the satisfaction of client;
- effective staff management in order to meet predefined deadlines;
