This includes Peppermint, Peach Blossoms, Portman's Bar, and Skyline Bar. Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for the overall F&B outlets' group booking revenue. * Drive group booking across all F&B outlets. * Collaborate with the F&B Project Manager on festive season food and beverage offerings, including Chinese New Year, Rice Dumplings/Dragon Boat Festival, Mooncake/Mid-Autumn Festival, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. * Ensure all guest-facing communications align with the hotel's strategy for financial and operational goals. * Work closely with the outlet manager to ensure all communication is aligned with customer requests and expectations. * Analyze pricing comparison of competitors in the market. * Prepare and be accountable for profit & loss accounts. * Carry out tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas and restaurant. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management. Qualification and Experience * Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity. * Driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. * Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of which will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy. * Ability to generate new business opportunities. * An excellent team player who is able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
