**Electronics Specialist Role**
This role involves the installation, commissioning and training of customers on testing and inspection equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics or a related field, excellent problem-solving skills and good knowledge of reliability testing methods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure correct installation and operation of equipment by performing comprehensive checks.
- Carry out routine maintenance, calibration and software updates to optimize device performance.
- Promptly diagnose and resolve issues in complex systems through analytical thinking.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via various communication channels.
- Conduct on-site testing to verify that systems meet customer requirements.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum qualification: Higher Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and diagnostic skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of reliability testing methods is preferable.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently are required.
