About the Role

The Client Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring all client documentation and account information are processed in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

\

Key Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Managing the acquisition and onboarding of new clients\
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agents to enhance referrals\
  • Reviewing client applications and KYC documentation for completeness and compliance\
  • Conducting name screening and assessing potential risks using AML systems and client profile analysis\
  • Maintaining proper records and ensuring all required documents are in place before account activation\
  • Collaborating with business units to resolve document deficiencies and ensure smooth client account opening\
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant regulatory changes

Requirements and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in onboarding offshore clients, a Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field, and strong sales and acquisition skills.
