About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned CFO to drive our financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and commercial insights.

The CFO will lead our finance function with a strong focus on investor engagement, business analytics, and strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Leadership: Lead equity fundraising from preparation to execution, craft compelling investor narratives, and improve positioning of investor materials.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Drive deeper analysis of product mix and revenue streams, develop and track core business metrics for operational and commercial decisions, and build robust financial models and scenario planning tools for growth and risk assessment.
  • Strategic Commercial Support: Act as a strategic partner to leadership in driving growth and profitability, strengthen commercial decision-making with clear financial insights and forecasts, and support internal leaders in building their commercial understanding and business acumen.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in high-growth startups or venture-backed companies.
  • Strong fundraising track record with VCs or strategic investors.
  • Deep understanding of FP&A, financial modeling, and SaaS or digital health business metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with influence internally and externally.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
